We come to the weekly meetings to learn how to live a new way of life through the program of Nar-Anon. The foundation of the program
rests on the 12-Steps and 12-Traditions, along with the Serenity Prayer, slogans, literature, weekly meetings, telephone and personal
contacts and living the program one day at a time. We do not come for another person, we come to help ourselves and to share our
experiences, strength and hope with others.

- No one is required to speak.
- You may come and simply listen and take back that which helps the most.
- A newcomer packet with resource material is available to anyone attending.
Each group, within the scope of Nar-Anon's Principles and Traditions, is autonomous. Although some groups are not actively
involved with the Georgia Region, as part of our tradition of outreach, we encourage other groups to inform us that they are
available for the sole purpose of ensuring that all those who seek help will find the resources needed throughout the State of
Georgia.
This is a centrally compiled list of meetings in Georgia obtained from individual group contacts. There may be other resources available in your specific locality.
